Junior Sales Advisor (m/f/d)

A luxury watch is never an impulse buy. When someone chooses their next watch at Montredo, what they look for most is a conversation with someone they can trust. That someone is you.

As a Junior Sales Advisor, you advise our clients by phone, negotiate offers, keep them informed all the way to delivery, and build relationships that last well beyond the first purchase. From time to time, you hand over a watch in person at our Berlin office: the moment everyone has been working towards.

Full-time position, 40 hours per week, on-site in Berlin, starting immediately. The contract is initially fixed-term, with the option of a permanent contract after the first 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients by phone, with expertise and a personal touch, on finding the right watch
• Lead sales and price negotiations with tact and confidence
• Handle service requests quickly, reliably and with an eye for detail
• Keep clients proactively updated on the status of their delivery
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships that turn buyers into returning clients
• Occasionally hand over watches in person at our Berlin office

Your profile

• Fluent German and English, spoken and written
• A passion for luxury watches, or the drive to make them your new passion
• Well spoken, with a confident and likeable manner on the phone and in person
• You enjoy working with people

Nice to have

• Knowledge of watches, brands and models
• Experience in client advisory or sales, ideally in e-commerce
• French language skills
