Junior Sales Development Manager (m/f/d)

While most guests book our limehomes directly or via OTAs, untapped local demand sits right next door. As our first local B2B Manager, you’ll identify these local partners, get them on the phone, and build our sales playbook property by property. With AI taking care of repetitive tasks, your focus stays purely on active outreach, real conversations, and unlocking growth across Europe.

How you’ll be hosting with heart:

• You own the local B2B growth engine end-to-end, connecting with high-potential partners across phone, email, and on-site visits to directly expand limehome's market footprint
• You drive our expansion across new wave locations in DACH and Southern Europe, establishing our local B2B playbook and empowering local teams with high-impact scripts and tools
• You shape our commercial strategy by gathering real-time partner feedback and market insights, collaborating directly with our commercial team to refine limehome’s offering
• You leverage modern AI tools to map out hyper-local lead lists—from clinics to construction sites—identifying top-tier accounts right next to our limehomes
• You transform our Revenue Management data into lightning-fast quotes, custom pitch decks, and rate lists, making limehome the go‑to choice for corporate stays
• You keep our CRM data squeaky clean, tracking key metrics to uncover the real story behind the numbers and optimize how we scale our properties

What you need to shoot for the stars:

• Hands-on sales experience in SDR/BDR, inside sales, telesales, recruiting, or a sales working-student role (0-2years).
• Resilient outreach mindset with the drive to handle cold outreach, treating rejection simply as normal raw material rather than a reason to stop.
• High organizational strength & eye for detail to ensure nothing slips through the cracks while managing 200+ open conversations simultaneously.
• AI-native & tech-savvy profile with a proven habit of using modern AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, confidence in Excel/Google Sheets, and the ability to pick up new CRMs and software quickly.
• Strong language skills with fluent German to comfortably cold-call local DACH partners, paired with professional English for internal communication.
• Based in Munich or ready to commute to our HQ for a hybrid work setup.
