What do you bring to the table?

• A degree in business, a business apprenticeship, or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, one to three years of experience in B2B sales, account management, business development, or a similar field
• Enjoyment of actively approaching customers as well as supporting and developing customer relationships
• An independent, structured, and results-oriented approach to work
• Excellent communication skills and a confident, engaging demeanor when interacting with customers and prospects
• Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to identify customer potential and sales opportunities
• Organizational skills, along with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities, and manage your time effectively
• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office
• Excellent German and English language skills (at least C1 level)

What can you expect from us?

• Gradually taking on independent management of an existing client portfolio
• Building and maintaining long‑term client relationships and contracts
• Identifying growth potential and developing cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities
• Assessing client needs and coordinating next steps with internal departments (Marketing, Consulting)
• Identifying and approaching new potential clients via phone, email, social media, events, and targeted sales campaigns
• Following up on leads and developing them into concrete sales opportunities
• Creating and preparing presentations, proposals, meeting materials, and sales follow‑ups
• Assisting with the planning and execution of online and in‑person events
• Building in‑depth knowledge of our BI, data, AI, and product offerings to understand customer needs and position appropriate solutions
• Maintaining the CRM system, documenting sales activities, and identifying and expanding relevant buying centers
