**Junior Manager Sales (d/f/m)**
for the
**Moxy and Residence Inn by Marriott hotels**
in Dortmund and Essen. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing creative sales strategies for two exciting locations, strengthening our presence in regional markets, and acquiring new business partners. Active acquisition of new customers, as well as the development, maintenance and strategic growth of existing accounts
Managing and expanding the MICE, Corporate and Leisure segments
Conducting contract and terms negotiations with customers and business partners
Planning and organising client events, sales calls and sales blitzes to build customer loyalty and attract new clients
Developing and implementing sales-supporting marketing initiatives, as well as active telemarketing
**You bring this with you:**
Completed vocational training or a degree in the hotel or tourism sector
At least two years’ professional experience in the hotel industry
Very good command of German and English; knowledge of other foreign languages would be an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office and standard hotel software systems; knowledge of OPERA would be desirable
Strong communication and negotiation skills, a professional manner, and a strong focus on customer service and sales
