Junior Sales Manager – Field Sales

• Build Saltz.App in Cologne
• Identify new restaurant businesses and engage with chefs and managers
• Present the Saltz app and marketplace directly in restaurants and kitchens
• Support chefs and owners with their orders
• Conduct approximately 10–15 appointments per week
• Consistently follow up on appointments
• Plan your own week and work toward achieving or exceeding targets
• Use the CRM system and other tools to document progress
• Provide the team with transparency regarding activities and progress

Requirements

• Experience in the hospitality industry, kitchen, bar, or concierge environments is welcome
• Career changers are welcome
• Initial experience in sales or customer-focused part-time roles is a major plus
• Enjoy working in field sales, visiting restaurants and kitchens, and building personal relationships
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
• Confident communication, active listening, problem-solving skills, and a professional demeanor
• Fluency in additional languages besides German or English is a bonus
• Willingness to spend most of your time working in the field
