We are looking for you as a Junior Sales Manager:in to actively market our jobboard and help companies find top talent.

Your role

You will start as a Junior Sales Manager:in and learn step by step how to sell our products and build your own pipeline. With training, clear processes and close support, you will develop toward an autonomous Sales Manager:in.

Your responsibilities

  • Prospect new customers: reach out to startups, scaleups and companies that could benefit from our job and employer-branding products.
  • Sell premium placements: present our reach to employers – e.g. via the daily newsletter, the job newsletter or the podcast segment “Employer of the Day.”
  • Present employer-branding packages: learn how ads can be combined with formats like webinars, podcasts or advertorials.
  • Utilize and improve sales processes: work in the CRM (HubSpot) and systematically track leads and manage your pipeline.
  • Learning curve: you are supported by experienced colleagues and contribute ideas to further grow the jobboard.

Your profile

  • First experience in B2B sales or recruiting is a plus – more important is your sales talent and motivation to learn the area.
  • You're comfortable with cold outreach and enjoy direct contact with customers.
  • You are structured, curious and a fast learner.
  • CRM knowledge is a plus but not required – we will teach you how to work professionally with HubSpot.
  • You are communicative, confident and eager to help us develop the largest startup jobboard together.

  • Case study – practical task (e.g. sales outreach or offer package).
  • Contract finalization – closing call to clarify details.
  • Duration: typically 7–10 days from first contact to offer.
