(Junior) Sales Representative/ Vertriebsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) Neurovascular (Hemorrhagic)

Work Flexibility: Field-based Zur Verstärkung unseres Neurovascular (NV) Vertriebsteams suchen wir ab sofort einen engagierten (Junior) Sales Representative / Vertriebsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) für den Bereich Hemorrhagic Stroke (HEM), der den Markt aktiv mitgestaltet.

In dieser Position betreuen Sie Bestandskunden und gewinnen neue Partner*innen in Kliniken und Krankenhäusern in Südhessen, Rheinland-Pfalz, Süd-Nordrhein-Westfalen und dem Saarland.

Das erwartet Sie:

• Nach einer strukturierten Einarbeitung und fundierten Produktschulung (ca. sechs Monate) verantworten Sie selbstständig den Ausbau und die Weiterentwicklung Ihres Vertriebsgebiets im Bereich neurovaskulärer Therapien.
• Ihr Fokus liegt dabei auf innovativen Lösungen zur Behandlung des hämorrhagischen Schlaganfalls (Hirnblutung).
• Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen in Kliniken und Krankenhäusern.
• Durchführung von Verhandlungen mit Chefärzten, Klinikverwaltungen und Einkaufsabteilungen.
• Beratung und Schulung medizinischer Fachkräfte zur sicheren Anwendung unserer Produkte im klinischen Umfeld (Angiografie, Neuroradiologie).
• Planung und Umsetzung von Marketing- und Verkaufsstrategien zur Umsatzsteigerung.
• Teilnahme an Fachmessen, Kongressen und Business-Meetings zur Neukundengewinnung und Marktanalyse.
• Beobachtung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen zur Identifikation neuer Geschäftspotenziale.

Das zeichnet Sie aus:

• Erforderliche Qualifikationen: Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Medizintechnik, Gesundheitsökonomie, oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Alternativ: langjährige Erfahrung in der interventionellen Radiologie / Neuroradiologie.
• Erste Vertriebserfahrung bestenfalls in der Medizintechnik, oder als Clinical Specialist.
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, sicheres Auftreten und Freude am beratungsintensiven Vertrieb.
• Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, unternehmerisches Denken und Flexibilität.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office wird vorausgesetzt.
• Gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen:

• Kenntnisse im Bereich interventionelle Radiologie oder Neuroradiologie.
• Bestenfalls bereits langjährige Vertriebserfahrung im Bereich neurovaskulärer Therapien, sowie einen bestehenden Kundenkreis.

Zusätzliche Information:

• Die Reisetätigkeit mit Ihrem Firmenwagen beträgt ca. 80-90% Ihrer Arbeitszeit, inklusive gelegentlicher externer Übernachtungen.
• Die Stelle kann je nach Erfahrungsschatz als Junior Sales Representative (m/w/d) oder Sales Representative (m/w/d) besetzt werden.

Work Flexibility Remote – Role allows you to work the majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
