(Junior – Senior) Creative Team / Copy-Art Team (d/f/m)

At least 3 years of professional experience as an Art Director or Copywriter (m/f/d), ideally at creative or advertising agencies.

Conceptual strength: You think in terms of social-first ideas, platform-specific stories, clear narratives, and effective formats.

Campaign expertise: Experience in the conception and further development of campaigns.

Cross-channel thinking: Proficient in using traditional and digital communication channels, including social media.

Self-reliance: You organize projects independently and manage their implementation both internally and externally.

Strong execution skills: You maintain an overview of complex projects and ensure smooth execution.

AI expertise: Proficient in prompting, copy optimization, content idea development, and AI-supported workflows.

Team player qualities: Open-minded, eager to discuss, communicative, and constructive.

Location & Language: You are based in Berlin, speak German at a native level, and English at a business-fluent level.

Mindset: A sense of humor, a lighthearted approach, and a passion for collaborative creative work.
