Junior Social Media Copywriter

Responsibilities

• You will assist in creating copy for social media campaigns with a focus on influencer and UGC content.
• You will work closely with Creative Strategy, Design, and Project Management.
• You will help develop hooks, captions, CTAs, and copy for creator briefings.
• You will contribute to evolving copy based on performance insights and feedback.
• You will support documenting learnings and optimizing existing copy.
• Gradually, you will take on more responsibility for your own copy formats and sub-areas.

Requirements

• You have initial practical experience in copywriting, social media, or marketing (e.g., working student, internship, first permanent position, or personal projects).
• You are interested in social media, creator content, trends, and digital campaigns.
• You work in a structured, careful, and eager-to-learn manner and have a hands-on mentality.
• You have a good feel for language and a desire to understand why certain copy performs.
• You present yourself in a friendly, professional, and responsible manner.
• You are confident communicating in German; English is a plus.
