ORLEN Energy Trading GmbH (OET) is the international trading arm of the ORLEN Group with offices in Munich and London. Your mission:

• Processing of daily nomination and scheduling transactions with transmission system and storage operators and market area operators
• Booking and management of transport capacities
• Data input and management into the relevant trading-related systems
• Monthly and annual reporting towards gas producers, grid operators and regulatory authorities
• Preparation of internal and external reports; invoice verification
• Development and enhancement of analytical and optimization of processes, models and tools
• Support of the Trading team in day-to-day business
• Implementing nomination and operational processes in new trading markets

Required qualifications:

• Successfully completed university degree (e.g. in business administration, economics, mathematics/statistics a comparable degree program) experience or comparable experience in the energy industry
• Strong analytical thinking skills 1
• Affinity for numbers
• Proactive approach, ability to work under pressure, quick comprehension and logical thinking
• Advanced skills in MS-Office products (esp. Excel)
• Strong English language skills, both, written and spoken
• German language skills an advantage
• Good communication skills, independent working style, confident demeanor, team spirit and flexibility
• Experience in the energy industry an advantage
