Your responsibilities will include

• Operating and further developing the server and network infrastructure
• Managing virtualization using VMware and Proxmox, as well as application delivery via Citrix
• Managing our security infrastructure, including endpoint protection, firewall systems, and security monitoring
• Management of the Microsoft 365 cloud
• Management of identity and administration systems (Active Directory and Entra ID)
• Installation, maintenance, and support of the IT client environment
• Support, administration, and validation of line-of-business applications
• Execution and documentation of activities in accordance with GMP
• Receiving, analyzing, and processing service and support requests via the ticket system

You bring

• A successfully completed apprenticeship as an IT Specialist in System Integration or a comparable qualified degree—career starters are welcome!
• A structured and meticulous approach to work
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Initial experience with current IT security technologies
