Junior Treasury Specialist (m/f/d) – Mandarin Speaker

Your Role

As a Junior Treasury Specialist , you will support our finance team in managing cash flow, banking activities, and financial operations. You will work closely with international stakeholders and play a key role in ensuring smooth treasury processes between our European and global teams.

Your Responsibilities

• Support daily cash management and liquidity planning
• Monitor and track cash positions, bank balances, and transactions
• Assist in payment processing and bank reconciliations
• Support communication with banks and financial institutions
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and HQ teams
• Assist in preparing treasury reports and forecasts
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
• Support process improvements and automation of treasury workflows

Your Profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• First experience or internship in Treasury, Finance, or Accounting
• Strong interest in cash management and financial operations
• Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable working style
• Good understanding of Excel and financial data handling
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international environment
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (must-have)
• German is a plus
