Key Account Manager – Construction & Housing Sector, Planning Offices

• Responsible for managing the assigned region in field sales


• Point of contact for decision-makers in the construction/housing sector and planning offices


• Support in developing customized building services concepts, including on-site consultations


• Communication with contracting and decision-making authorities


• Placement of the client's suppliers


• Coordination with inside sales and other company departments


• Continuous improvement of personal sales strategy

Requirements

• Solid technical or commercial training, ideally with a focus on sanitary, heating and air-conditioning (SHK) or building services engineering


• Field sales experience in building services (sanitary, heating, air-conditioning, ventilation or electrical)


• Experience with the target groups: construction/housing sector and planning offices


• Good industry network


• Structured way of working


• Motivation and expertise in effective closing techniques


• Fluent German language skills


• Residence in or near the Saarland area to be covered
