The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

• Exceed region forecast for assigned Key Accounts.
• Develop, communicate and execute Key Account business plans.
• Analyze sales data, competitive landscape and white space opportunities.
• Serve as liaison between Key Accounts and the field sales team.
• Support and help drive sales growth among team members.

Driving Requirements

This position requires use of a personal vehicle for company business and participation in Solventum’s Fixed and Variable Car Allowance Reimbursement (FAVR) program. Candidates must pass a pre‑hire motor vehicle record review and maintain ongoing eligibility, including compliance with Solventum’s driver policy, insurance requirements, and annual policy sign‑off.

Your Skills and Expertise

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher and at least 7 years of Dental Industry sales experience.
• Experience selling through distribution.
• Data analytic skills – proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally in a team environment.
• Current, valid driver’s license.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed:

• Experience and success calling on strategic accounts.
• Experience selling to dental DSO’s or large dental group practices.

Work location

Remote – Preference for Texas or Colorado but not mandatory.

Travel

Up to 50% domestic travel.

Compensation and Benefits

US applicants: Compensation range $143,200 – $196,900 (base + variable incentive). Benefits include medical, dental and vision, health savings account, flexible spending accounts, disability benefits, life insurance, voluntary benefits, paid absences and retirement benefits.
