Responsibilities

  • Lead business development and achieve sales & profitability growth with the assigned customers
  • Development and implement successful sales strategies for the assigned segments and customers
  • Execute Discount Strategy to ensure sustainable and profitable growth and increased distribution
  • Accountable for the development and contribution to annual business planning & effective customer planning

  • Strategic, analytic & conceptional skills and mindset
  • Advanced negotiation skills, clear ability to influence and negotiate with external and internal stakeholders
  • Advanced presentation skills
  • Advanced communication skills
  • Contract management expertise
  • Use CRM system adequately
  • Flexible, agile and solution-oriented working style
  • Team player in cross functional / cross cultural teams
  • Project management skills
  • Working autonomously and self-driven, while proactively seeking support when needed
  • Adapting to change and ambiguity
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s level education
  • Excellent written and spoken English and German
  • 4+ years of experience in managing International Key Accounts
