What You’ll Bring

• Packaging knowledge /experience (printed and flexible packaging a big plus)
• Strong project management skills with a sharp eye for detail
• Fluent English (additional languages welcome!)
• A collaborative spirit – teamwork is essential in a global business
• Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset
• Tech‑savvy: MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & online tools
• Flexibility and a willingness to travel occasionally within the EU (and globally on rare occasions)

What You’ll Do

• Be the go‑to contact for assigned accounts, identifying growth opportunities and cross‑selling solutions
• Build and nurture long‑term client relationships ensuring top‑quality service, on time and in full
• Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, aligning projects with both client goals and company objectives
• Collaborate with sales teams locally and globally to win new business
• Keep projects on track with accurate reporting, forecasting, and stock management
• Prepare polished digital presentations and reports for customer meetings and business reviews
• Support cost analysis, quotations, and bid preparation
