At Hasbro, we create moments of joy, imagination and connection for fans and families around the world. We’re looking for a driven and commercially curious Key Account Manager to join our Neu-Isenburg team and help bring some of the world’s most loved brands to life at retail.

In this full-time role, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of key retail partners, blending strategic account planning, hands‑on customer collaboration and sharp market insight. It’s a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑focused environment and wants to play a key role in shaping how Hasbro brands show up, stand out and win with consumers across the GSA market.

Main Purpose

• Partner with the GSA (Germany, Switzerland, Austria) Sales team and cross‑functional regional departments (e.g. Customer Service, Operations, Demand Planning, Customer Marketing) to put into action approved retail sales strategies, reinforcing the market position of Hasbro brands.
• Maintain and develop the business with key retail accounts and distributors to improve HET/HIT sales and profit targets.

What You’ll Do

• Build, implement and monitor full‑year account business plans for HET/HIT, using sell‑out analysis, forecasting and phasing to keep plans on track.
• Achieve profitability goals for HET/HIT in the market, applying profitability models to support decision‑making.
• Embrace and complete the regional brand, channel and commercial strategy.
  Build effective, trusted business partnerships with key customers at all levels.
• Collaborate closely with relevant partners on the customer side to ensure smooth daily operations in ordering, delivery, marketing activities, and data maintenance.
• Maintain positive relationships with our licensors to plan and complete joint retail activations.
• Manage customer information flow on sales, stocks and payments, and drive execution of new product launches, listings and promotional campaigns.
• Own the Customer Business Plan from start to finish. Develop it for approval and track its financial impact, including sales objectives, customer allowances, and investment budget.
• Maintain accurate, SOX‑compliant records of all customer agreements.

• HET/HIT turnover (value and volume) and market share.
• Distribution / channel assortment / customer listing targets.
• Customer profitability.
• Customer plan and forecast accuracy.
• The ‘what’ and the ‘how’ of effective business interactions.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in key account management, preferably in the toy, entertainment or FMCG industry.
• Strong skills in building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Ability to monitor and analyse market activities and trends.
• Experience developing and implementing business plans.
• Solid understanding of managing budgets and financial targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
• Proficient in German and English.

The base salary range for this position is €66,400 to €95,000 and is eligible for a bonus. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience and skills.
