As a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) for Industrial Network Technologies, you'll serve as the strategic liaison to our customers. You'll drive innovation in the communication, control, and security of industrial devices and actively support our customers in implementing forward-looking solutions.

The task

• Develop and expand selected strategic key accounts across the DACH region, with a particular focus on Southern Germany
• Acquire defined target customers with significant growth potential, especially manufacturers in factory automation.
• Build sustainable, trust-based relationships with decision-makers in R&D, PM, and procurement.
• Identify new business opportunities, increase market share and develop account-specific growth strategies.
• Present technical products and solutions, prepare commercial proposals and conduct negotiations.
• Manage the sales pipeline, including opportunity qualification, revenue planning, forecasting and reporting.
• Collaborate closely with PM and Application Engineering

Your profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a comparable technical qualification.
• Several years of experience in technical sales within industrial automation, industrial communication or electronics.
• Proven experience in managing, developing and expanding larger strategic key accounts.
• Sound knowledge of design-in business models and related go-to-market strategies.
• Strong technical understanding combined with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Independent, structured and results-driven working style with strong customer orientation.
• Business-fluent German and fluent English, combined with willingness to travel regularly within the DACH region and occasionally within Europe.
• Private location ideally between Frankfurt and Stuttgart
