KI Specialist (m/w/d)

To achieve this, we are looking for a full-time AI Specialist (m/f/d) who combines technical expertise with strategic thinking and guides AI solutions from conception to implementation.

• Development and implementation of an AI strategy for optimizing and automating business processes
• Analysis of existing processes and identification of AI potential
• Introduction, training and further development of AI systems (e.g. LLMs, RPA, predictive analytics, chatbots)
• Automation of workflows and data-driven decision-making processes
• Collaboration with specialist departments to integrate AI solutions into existing systems
• Evaluation of new AI technologies and tools with regard to usefulness, scalability and economic viability.
• Ensuring data protection, IT security and ethical use of AI
• Training and consulting for employees on the use of AI

Our requirements:

• Completed studies in computer science, data science, AI, industrial engineering or comparable qualification
• Sound knowledge in artificial intelligence, machine learning or automation
• Experience with AI tools, APIs, LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure, AWS), RPA or similar technologies
• Understanding business processes and their optimization
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented approach to work
• Very good German and good English skills
• Self-initiative, innovative spirit and enjoyment in building new things
