For our client, we are currently looking for an experienced Supply Chain Application Specialist / Process Expert (m/f/d) with a focus on Kinaxis Maestro to support an international supply chain team.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the global usage and further development of the Kinaxis Maestro planning solution across business departments
Close collaboration with business stakeholders to optimize demand and supply planning processes as well as inventory optimization
Advising business departments on efficient usage options and process improvements within Maestro
Acting as the interface between business and global IT for the implementation of technical and process-related requirements
Participation in international and cross-functional projects to further develop the planning landscape
Supporting the creation of roadmaps as well as the development of global standards and best practices
Ensuring a lean and efficient system structure within Maestro
Performing regression testing and aligning local requirements with global system designs
Building and continuously improving a sustainable support model for the application
Promoting international collaboration between support teams and key users
Creating and conducting training sessions for users and support teams
Supporting data integration and data quality initiatives

Profile

Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable field
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, as well as solid knowledge of supply chain processes, especially S&OP and MRP
Very good knowledge of Kinaxis Maestro, particularly in the following areas:

Analytics 1 & 2
Author Level 1 & 2 (Level 3 is a plus)
Data Administration
User Administration
Solution Design Best Practices

Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Experience in planning and implementing complex projects and initiatives
Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Team-oriented and international mindset with strong intercultural competence
Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones
