Overview

As a Knowledge Management Analyst, you will lead KM, process modernization, reporting, and information management for a Combatant Command headquarters. You translate data into actionable insights, develop digital solutions, and support modernization through Agile practices and collaboration tech. You will work with stakeholders and technical teams to improve information sharing, visibility, and decision-making. Verantwortungsbereiche

Develop and maintain KM solutions, SharePoint environments, dashboards, and workflows to boost collaboration and organizational effectiveness.
Produce data-driven reports, briefings, information papers, and executive communications for leadership decisions.
Assess information management needs and implement digital solutions to improve efficiency, data quality, records management, and visibility.
Support modernization initiatives across the organization with multiple priorities, including facilities-related operations.
Work autonomously with sound judgment to prioritize tasks and advance organizational objectives.

Zentrale Anforderungen

3+ years in knowledge management solutions (SharePoint, Power Platform, or collaboration tech administration/development/architecture).
Experience delivering reports, dashboards, briefings, and executive communications.
Ability to elicit stakeholder requirements and translate to actionable solutions.
TS/SCI clearance.
HS diploma or GED with 7+ years in KM/IM/business operations/digital transformation or Bachelor’s with 3+ years in KM/IM/business operations/digital transformation.
