Kosten- und Ausschreibungsingenieur / Projektmanager Ausschreibung & Vergabe

Your Role

You will play a central role in the successful delivery of high-profile building projects by leading and coordinating tendering, cost planning, and contract awarding activities in line with HOAI service phases 6 and 7. Acting as a key interface between design, cost, and execution, you ensure projects are commercially robust and efficiently delivered.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare tender documents and evaluate bids
• Create bills of quantities and perform quantity take-offs (2D & 3D)
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients
• Support cost planning and construction execution
• Act as key contact for stakeholders

Your Profile

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar
• Experience in HOAI phases 3, 6, and 7
• Experience in public or complex construction projects
• Knowledge of iTWO, ORCA AVA, MS Project, MS Office
• Structured and team-oriented working style
