Kundenberater/Customer Service im Gesundheitswesen – Inbound (m/w/d)

VitalAire, a leading home healthcare company in Germany, is seeking a Carefluencer to be the central contact point for patients, providing support via phone, email, and post. No medical background is required as we provide comprehensive training.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from patients, assisting them with their health care needs.
• Manage the entire service order process, ensuring smooth workflow for new and ongoing orders.
• Serve as a liaison between patients and health insurers, clarifying care details and resolving payment issues.
• Create cost estimates and formal offers, following up to confirm successful implementation.
• Collaborate closely with the field team to initiate material deliveries and maintain order accuracy.
• Maintain master data (customers, equipment, conditions) in the system, ensuring accuracy and organization.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training; background in commerce or healthcare is welcomed but not mandatory.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a contact center is preferred; otherwise, strong communication skills are sufficient.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; SAP knowledge is a bonus.
• Structured, efficient work style with ability to organize tasks independently.
• Team player who values flexibility and collegial cooperation.
