Labor Analyst – Product Specialist

• Ingest customer labor and operational data and turn it into automated schedule recommendations using Ando’s model.


• Analyze schedule-vs-actual outcomes weekly.


• Contribute to the labor matrix and run cost and usage analyses that inform pricing and positioning.


• Work with product and engineering to turn customer needs into product improvements.


• Run intake with each new customer and lead the change-management conversation.


• Own the weekly relationship.


• Lead quarterly business reviews with executives.


• Anticipate what a customer needs before they ask.

Requirements

• Restaurant operations experience preferred


• Strong with spreadsheets and data


• Comfortable with SQL and data tools


• Excellent communicator across levels


• Emotionally intelligent


• Honest early and anticipatory


• Successful candidates will have workforce analytics or operations-research background, preferably in restaurant or hospitality customer-facing SaaS experience, and English/Spanish bilingual.
