Für unser **Kontrolllabor in Göttingen** suchen wir zum **nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt** eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Laborant / Supervisor (m/w/d).### Ihre Aufgaben* Durchführung von **Infektionsserologie** und **NAT-Testungen*** Tätigkeiten in der **klinischen Chemie**, **Immunhämatologie** und **Hämatologie*** **Fachliche Führung und Anleitung** der Labormitarbeitenden* Sicherstellung und Pflege der **Dokumentation gemäß GMP-Richtlinien*** **Unterstützung des Labormanagers**, u. a. bei: + Lager- und Materialverwaltung + Dienst- und Einsatzplanung + Optimierung von Laborprozessen* Mitarbeit im **operativen Tagesgeschäft**, z. B. im Bestellwesen und in der Abwicklung externer Dienstleistungen### Ihr Profil* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als **MTLA** oder in einem vergleichbaren labormedizinischen Beruf (z. B.
