Land Acquisition Manager

As Land Acquisition Manager you will identify, assess, and secure land for solar and BESS developments in Germany, enabling the project pipeline. You will collaborate with technical, legal, and development teams to move projects forward efficiently and manage relationships with landowners, authorities, and project partners. The role offers exposure to a fast-growing, international team driving the energy transition. You will play a key part in evaluating feasibility, permitting, and site viability while shaping cross-functional development. This is a mission-driven opportunity with long-term growth potential.

• Identify and assess suitable land for solar and storage projects
• Conduct feasibility studies and review permitting requirements
• Lead negotiations with landowners and stakeholders
• Manage relationships with authorities and project partners
• Support projects through the development lifecycle

• Proven experience in land acquisition, real estate, or similar
• Ideally a renewable energy background (solar/PV strongly preferred)
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with site evaluation and planning processes
• Fluent German; English beneficial
