Transport Planner (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Operational transport organization, with all modes of transport from European shipping locations to worldwide recipients
• Control of the transport progress based on status reports and, if necessary, deriving actions in day-to-day business
• Solving logistical problems from day-to-day business for the benefit of our customers
• Creation of reports and evaluations
• Further development of existing processes
• Competent contact person (m/f/d) for our customers, suppliers and freight forwarders

Qualifications

• Successfully completed vocational training as Merchant (m/f/d) for forwarding and logistics services or relevant experience in transport logistics
• Practical experience in operational transport logistics in the areas of land and road transport, as well as sea and air freight
• Customer- and solution-oriented communication as well as very good organizational skills
• Confident use of MS Office applications
• Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
