Lead, AI Engineering & SDLC Automation (Fully Remote)

• Define and drive the strategy for AI-enabled engineering automation across large-scale software delivery environments.
• Lead initiatives that embed AI agents, copilots, and intelligent workflows directly into the SDLC.
• Collaborate across DevSecOps, Developer Experience, Security, QA, IT, and product engineering teams.

Key Requirements:
