We are looking for an experienced Lead AI Systems Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise AI platforms across our organisation.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end engineering lifecycle of enterprise AI technologies—including Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Microsoft Power Platform, and Workato—ensuring they are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise architecture, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
Working at the intersection of Engineering, Security, Architecture, Data, and Business teams, you will help shape our enterprise AI strategy while enabling responsible AI adoption through modern automation and AI technologies. This is an opportunity to influence how AI is deployed across the organisation and deliver solutions that improve productivity, collaboration, and business outcomes.
As our Lead AI Systems Engineer, you will
Working closely with Security, Architecture, Legal, Privacy, Data, and Business teams, you will ensure AI platforms comply with organisational policies and regulatory requirements while delivering measurable business value. You will also mentor engineers, establish technical standards, evaluate emerging AI technologies, and contribute to the organisation's long-term AI roadmap.
You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy solving complex technical challenges and translating business needs into scalable AI solutions. You will be comfortable working across multiple disciplines, influencing stakeholders, and balancing innovation with governance and security.
Headquartered in Munich, with offices across Madrid, Krakow, Wroclaw, London and Vienna, you’ll be at the heart of an incredible, multinational team.
