YOUR IMPACT

You will play a key role in designing and delivering integrated Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions for enterprise customers across a wide range of industries.

Working closely with enterprise architects, business stakeholders, IT security teams, and project teams, you will translate business requirements into secure, scalable IAM architectures using the OpenText Cyber Security portfolio. You will lead solution design, provide technical guidance throughout implementation, and help customers strengthen their identity, governance, access, and privileged account management capabilities.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

• Lead business and technical workshops with customer stakeholders.
• Architect IAM solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Design and implement solutions aligned to customer roadmaps and security requirements.
• Create solution blueprints, design documents, and deployment guides.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality implementations.
• Configure OpenText IAM, Governance, Access, and PAM solutions.
• Mentor architects and developers on technical best practices.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• At least 8 years of experience designing and delivering enterprise IAM solutions.
• Proven ability to engage, influence, and advise business and IT stakeholders.
• Strong expertise in OpenText Identity Manager, Governance, Access Manager, Identity Core Foundation, or Privileged Access Manager.
• Track record of architecting IAM solutions across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.
• Experience with software configuration and programming using Java, Python, or ECMAScript.
• Proven ability to analyze complex technical issues and guide solution delivery.
• Excellent German and English (C1+) language skills, both written and spoken.
