The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP Test Strategy and Process, SAP test automation frameworks, specifically with tools like Solution Manager Focussed Build, Tricentis Tosca, and will have exceptional client interaction skills. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication abilities, as you will be central in designing and implementing scalable test automation solutions for our clients. SAP testing experience in Life Sciences/Pharma industry is a must to have.Your roleIn the role of an SAP Senior Test Manager, you will own the engagement and deliverables for Entire Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Cases, Test Execution, Test Automation etc, and some of the key tasks are listed belowDesign, develop, and implement SAP Test Strategy for SAP S/4 Greenfield implementation to meet client-specific needsCollaborate closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.Provide expert advice and best practices in SAP Testing to stakeholdersEnsure scalable and robust SAP S/4 Test Processes.Drive and Own AI related use cases implementation in TestingTest Planning and ExecutionEffort estimation of Manual and Test Automation TaskEnsuring timely delivery and within budget constraintsCoordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliverablesStay updated with the latest trends and technologies in test automation.Continuously assess and improve automation processes and tools for enhanced efficiency.Experience in Pharma/Lifesciences industryPreferredOverall 15+ Years of experience in SAP Testing10+ Years of experience in Independently managing and Leading the SAP Testing ProjectsProficiency in designing and implementing SAP Test Approaches/StrategyStrong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance (QA) methodologies.Experience in Integration of Testing and ALM toolsPrevious experience in a customer-facing role.Proven experience managing and delivering large-scale automation projects.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.PersonalBesides the professional qualifications of the candidates, we place great importance in addition to various forms personality profile.
