Lead Consultant SAP S/4HANA Instandhaltung (EAM/PM/IAM) (m/w/x)

In this role you will shape and optimize production processes in cross-functional interface projects and transformations for multinational automotive and manufacturing clients. You will develop feasibility studies and concepts for the implementation, integration and operation of interfaces in discrete manufacturing. You will create specialist concepts and development specifications, coordinate testing and support the expansion of our best-practice industry solutions. You will advise customers on processes and customization in SAP S/4HANA maintenance with applications like EAM, PM or IAM. You will lead customer workshops and trainings and contribute to a culture of learning and collaboration.

• Gestaltung und Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen in Schnittstellenprojekten/Transformationen bei multinationalen Großkunden
• Entwicklung von Machbarkeitsstudien und Konzepten für Implementierung, Integration und Betrieb von Schnittstellen im Bereich Discrete Manufacturing
• Erarbeitung von Fachkonzepten und Entwicklungsspezifikationen, Koordination von Testaktivitäten
• Beratung von Kunden zu Prozessen und Customizing in SAP S/4HANA Instandhaltung (EAM, PM, IAM)
• Durchführung von Kundenworkshops und Schulungen

• Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in SAP S/4HANA, EAM, PM, IAM oder verwandten Applikationen
• Kenntnisse im SAP Produktportfolio und erfolgreiche Anwendung von SAP Best Practice Lösungen sowie Activate Methodology
• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse
• Reisebereitschaft für ausgewählte Kundenprojekte
• Abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Wirtschaftsinformatik (Schwerpunkt SCM/Logistik/Operations)
