Lead - CRM Transformation, Customer Engagement

Responsibilities

• Further development of customer engagement and marketing automation
• Development and scaling of personalized customer journeys
• Designing omnichannel engagement and personalization strategies
• Identifying new use cases and growth opportunities
• Leading cross‑functional initiatives
• Establishing KPI frameworks to optimize customer engagement

Requirements

• Several years of experience in CRM, customer engagement, marketing automation, personalization, or omnichannel marketing
• Strong experience with customer engagement platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud
• Proven success with data‑driven customer journeys
• Understanding of customer data, analytics, and AI‑and automation‑based approaches
• Ability to communicate complex topics at the executive level
• Business‑fluent German and very good English skills
