Lead Customer Success Engineer - Data & AI Security

As Lead Customer Success Engineer, you drive long-term customer outcomes for the Securiti Data Command Center platform. You lead onboarding, adoption, and optimization, proactively address churn risk, and uncover upsell opportunities. Your deep expertise in DSPM, Privacy, Data Security, and AI Governance translates into measurable value for strategic accounts. You collaborate with executives to align roadmaps with business goals, shaping how customers realize value at scale.

• Set up customer accounts and guide onboarding; orient stakeholders and introduce support channels
• Identify expansion opportunities; analyze usage and environments; lead success planning sessions
• Assess architectures across DSPM, Privacy, Data Security, and AI Governance; recommend solutions
• Conduct technical health checks and quarterly value/adoption reviews
• Monitor churn signals and support renewal strategies with technical insights
• Build business cases and articulate value realization; schedule checkpoint reviews
• Engage CISO, CIO, Chief Privacy Officer, and Data Leadership with clear risk/status updates
• Own technical success plan and adoption roadmap; influence expansion/renewal with Sales and CS leadership

• 12+ years in customer-facing technical roles in data security, privacy, governance, cloud security, or enterprise software
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, data platforms, SaaS, security technologies, and enterprise architectures
• Experience conducting assessments, driving adoption programs, and delivering measurable outcomes; familiarity with DSPM, Privacy, or AI Governance preferred
• Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect, Azure, CISSP, CIPP/CIPM or similar (preferred)
• Ability to translate business outcomes into technical adoption roadmaps and measurable value
• Executive stakeholder engagement skills (CISO, CIO, Chief Privacy Officer) with ability to synthesize signals into recommendations
