We at AraCom are looking for a new team member for our sister company Milestone Consult GmbH to fill the position of Lead Developer (m/f/d) / Team Lead (m/f/d) in Backend / Frontend / Full-Stack Software Development. You will be the technical anchor for the development of a state-of-the-art solution that is consistently built on the latest frameworks (.NET 10/Angular V21).
In this role, you act as a key translator: You analyze complex architectural blueprints, communicate them to the team, and ensure adherence to the highest standards within a stable system landscape. As a technical mentor and counterpart to the Product Owner and architects, you take true ownership of code quality, security, and maintainability. You provide technical guidance to your colleagues, share your knowledge during code reviews, and are eager to help the next generation of developers reach the next level. You are the driving force behind refinements and the technical backbone of daily operations—grounded in infrastructure but at the cutting edge of the tech stack.
We are looking for an experienced Lead Developer who combines technical excellence with strong leadership skills. In this role, you’ll serve as the bridge between our software architects’ vision and the team’s operational implementation. Whether your focus is on backend, frontend, or full-stack development is up to you.

Your Mission
  • Translator & Implementer: You don’t build castles in the air when it comes to architecture, but you are the one who translates existing blueprints into excellent code. You understand complex specifications and ensure they are implemented in a technically sound and maintainable way
  • Team Driver: You guide the team through refinements and serve as the technical backbone in daily stand-ups. You identify obstacles before they become problems and ensure a smooth development process
  • Mentor & Coach: You help the "next generation" of developers take their technical skills to the next level. Through constructive code reviews and active knowledge transfer, you foster your colleagues’ growth and ensure code quality
  • Technical Counterpart: Together with the architect, you serve as the technical anchor for the Product Owner. You evaluate requirements, assess complexities, and take ownership of the security, scalability, and stability of our system
Your technical background (focus on backend, frontend, or full-stack)
  • Backend expertise: At least 5 years of experience with C# / .NET (starting with .NET 10) as well as in-depth knowledge of CQRS and MediatR
  • Frontend expertise: At least 5 years of experience with Angular (v. 16+, starting with Angular 21) and TypeScript, including confident use of Signals and Observables
  • Data & API: Deep understanding of Entity Framework, MS SQL Server, as well as REST / WebAPI and OpenAPI Spec
  • Methodology & Tools: Proficient in dependency injection, Git, and ideally GitLab

  • Architecture Communicator: You understand existing architectures, adhere to them, and can confidently communicate them to the team
  • Technical Mentor: You enjoy helping the next generation of developers reach new heights through code reviews and knowledge sharing
  • Sparring Partner: You serve as the technical counterpart to the Product Owner during refinements and provide support to the team during daily stand-ups
  • Ownership: You proactively identify risks and obstacles and are responsible for code quality, security, maintainability, and scalability
