Lead Developer, Senior Software Developer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall software architecture of our ERP platform
• Implement and maintain CI/CD, automated testing, and quality assurance standards
• Identify opportunities for AI‑assisted automation in the development process
• Technical leadership of a team of 3–4 experienced developers
• Liaise with executive management on the technical roadmap and translate technical realities into strategic decisions
• Structure collaboration and processes within the team

Requirements

• Several years of software development experience, including at least 1–2 years in a leadership role with product responsibility
• Proven practical understanding of modern software architectures — from Clean Architecture to Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
• Proficiency in object-oriented languages, ideally .NET/C#
• Experience with frontend technologies such as Angular and React
• Experience with MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with using AI tools in day-to-day development
• Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly, in German (C1) and English (B2)
