Lead Electrical Engineer - Data Center

As an Electrical Lead Engineer, you will steer electrical work packages for data center projects, delivering design, assessments and commissioning in live environments. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align scope, design intent and project costs with client needs. Your role drives robust electrical solutions, tender data, and vendor coordination to support fast, reliable power systems. This is a chance to shape critical infrastructure for demanding clients while advancing sustainable engineering practices.

• Write technical reports and tender specifications
• Support project manager with cost reviews and risk assessments
• Define scope, design and management objectives; produce project documentation
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships; promote ongoing technical development
• Review contractor pre-qualifications and tender evaluation summaries

• 5-10 years experience in electrical design and installation
• German proficient/fluent (must)

• Bachelor or Master in Electrical Engineering or HIT-E
