Lead Engineer HVAC (m/f/d) Industrial Projects

In this role you lead the planning and engineering of cleanroom-focused HVAC systems, serving as the liaison between clients, project participants, and contractors. You drive planning documents, 3D reviews, and ensure compliance with norms, GMP, and regulatory requirements. You manage external partners, support offer preparation, and handle cost determinations. This position combines technical depth in HVAC with cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced project environment.

• Plan and design HVAC systems for cleanroom environments
• Lead offer preparation and negotiations for planning tasks
• Coordinate external partners and contractors
• Prepare planning documents and functional descriptions for cleanroom HVAC
• Participate in 3D model and design reviews; act as contact person
• Ensure compliance with international norms, standards, GMP, and regulatory requirements
• Prepare equipment and material lists and the performance directory
• Conduct cost determination and price comparisons

• Completed studies in mechanical engineering, process engineering, or building technology and several years of professional experience in a similar role
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC technology and relevant project experience
• Knowledge of technical requirements (norms, standards, VOB, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Office, CAD, and calculation software
• Independent work style with strong communication and argumentation skills
• Very good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken)
• Mobility and willingness to travel (class B driver''s license)
