Lead Experience Strategist (m/f/x)

We apply customer-centric methodologies like Design Thinking and Voice of the Customer and combine those with our business and strategy acumen.Your roleLead end-to-end innovation projectsTranslate business and user needs into scalable, innovative digital solutionsDrive strategic initiatives for customer- and user-centric innovationInform UX and business strategy through research and insightsManage multiple projects and ensure high-quality deliveryAlign stakeholders across complex domainsScale and apply methods like Strategic Research, Lean Innovation, and Design ThinkingAct as a trusted UX strategy partner across domainsEnsure strong collaboration across teamsSupport hiring, capability building, and network growthYour profileMaster’s in humanities, psychology, design/user research or equivalentServeral years in strategy, research, and innovationStrong track record of turning insights into products/MVPsSkilled in qualitative and quantitative research and strategySolid knowledge of product development, agile, and digital ecosystemsHands-on experience with Design Thinking & Lean InnovationFamiliar with AI, data-driven products, and emerging tech EExperience working in cross-functional teams (design, business, tech)Strong storytelling and stakeholder managementEntrepreneurial mindset (startup experience is a plus)Fluent in English & GermanYour ZEISS Recruiting Team:Sabrina Rieker
