Job Description
To strengthen our Merchandising team, we are looking for an experienced Project Management professional who will drive strategic initiatives, structure and steer cross-functional projects, and act as a trusted sparring partner to senior management.
Your Responsibilities
Project Management & PMO
- Plan, manage, and deliver strategic projects within the Merchandising area
- Establish and continuously enhance PMO structures, tools, and governance processes
- Ensure full transparency on project status, risks, and KPIs
- Prepare and facilitate steering committees
Change Management & Process Optimization
- Support and drive transformation and optimization initiatives
- Analyze, design, and implement efficient processes
- Ensure sustainable adoption of changes across the organization
International Event Organization
- End-to-end organization of partner conferences, supplier summits, and management offsites
- Stakeholder management with internal and external partners
- Budget planning, agenda development, and ensuring professional execution
Management Support / Chief of Staff-like Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality management presentations and decision-making materials
- Support strategic discussions at C-level
- Structure complex topics and derive clear, actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in project management, PMO, or a strategic role (e.g., consulting, in-house strategy, Chief of Staff)
- Proven experience in change management and process optimization
- Strong organizational skills and experience in planning international events
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style
- Excellent communication skills and confident presence at senior management level
- Fluent and business-level English skills (company language is English)
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and common project management tools
