Lead SAP Fiori / UI5 Frontend Engineer - Cloud & BTP m/f/d

As a Lead SAP Fiori/UI5 Frontend Engineer, you steer a small UI team to design and implement scalable SAPUI5 interfaces within SAP BTP. You collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver end-to-end solutions and drive performance, accessibility, and UX excellence. • Lead and mentor a small UI development team
• Design, develop, and maintain SAPUI5 and Fiori Elements UI components
• Build and deploy applications in SAP BTP environments
• Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product owners
• Ensure high performance, accessibility, and responsive UI
• Contribute to development process improvements and best practices
• Produce clear technical documentation

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Cloud Application Programming Model cloud native development or equivalent
• Experience with ABAP Cloud programming, especially CDS Views
• Expert level SAPUI5 and Fiori Elements
• Strong knowledge of SAP BTP and cloud-based development
• Proven experience leading small development teams
• Solid understanding of SDLC and agile practices
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and accessibility standards
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Proactive mindset and ability to work independently
