Lead ServiceNow Developer

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior or Lead ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on experience across multiple ServiceNow modules like CSM, HRSD, SPM, ITOM, and GRC/IRM. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, integrating, and supporting ServiceNow solutions. Candidates are being considered across all cities in Germany.

Key Responsibilities-

• Design and develop scalable ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, catalogs, notifications, SLAs, approvals, and business rules.
• Build custom applications and scoped applications using App Engine Studio.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.
• Perform data migration, integration, troubleshooting, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Implement platform security, roles, ACLs, authentication, and access controls.
• Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, instance management, releases, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
• Fluent German speaking only-Business level
