Lead Signal Integrity Engineer

A Lead Signal Integrity Engineer is required to join a leading global technology company. The Lead Signal Integrity Engineer will build a team to help them support customers on high‑speed digital design challenges, signal integrity issues and help solve PCB design problems. This Lead Signal Integrity Engineer role offers broad technical exposure across cutting‑edge electronics, semiconductor and system‑level applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support on signal integrity, high‑speed interfaces and PCB design flows
• Build and mentor a team of Signal Integrity Engineers.
• Assist customers with best‑practice modelling, simulation and design‑analysis methodologies
• Troubleshoot SI/PI issues across boards, packages and interconnects
• Support product evaluations, customer workshops and design reviews
• Work with engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and contribute to tool improvements
• Prepare application material, documentation and technical guidance for users

Requirements

• Strong background in high‑speed PCB design and signal integrity.
• Experience with EM simulation, modelling, or SI/PI analysis tools.
• Understanding of high‑speed interconnects, multi‑layer PCB structures and layout constraints.
• An interest in working with customers or applications engineering experience is an advantage.
