Lead Site Reliability Engineer (Trade Entitlements System)

Responsibilities

• As the lead SRE Engineer (f/m/x), you will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering the relevant tools and processes to raise the bar of quality, scalability and resiliency, ensuring the system can meet the bank’s goals
• Design, develop and deliver a first‑class SRE ecosystem
• Champion SRE principles including SLAs, SLOs and SLIs and their monitoring and reporting
• Contribute to the system’s codebase (Java) to facilitate SRE requirements

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of the SRE stack including Prometheus and Grafana
• Proven ability to operate autonomously, steer difficult decisions with technology stakeholders, and deliver projects to a high degree of quality and longevity
• Extensive and solid experience as a Java engineer with high‑throughput web‑based systems (Spring preferred)
• Comfortable working in Agile delivery teams, contributing to backlog refinement, estimation, sprint delivery, and continuous improvement of trading capabilities
• Experience with Kotlin preferred
