Lead Software Engineer (Fully Remote)

• Shape architecture of core platform subsystems including UI frameworks, calculation engines, and APIs.
• Evaluate design options to ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Drive consistency in design patterns and engineering standards.

Execution & Delivery:

• Own technical delivery of features from design through release.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Lead investigations into complex bugs and cross-module issues.

Quality & Collaboration:

• Conduct code reviews and coach engineers on maintainable code.
• Partner with QA on test strategy and serve as escalation point for Support.
• Document designs and share knowledge to enable future team growth.
