Lead Software Engineer, Infrastructure Platform

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered tools that enhance how engineers write, test, deploy, and monitor code, making development faster, smarter, and more automated.
• Collaborate across teams to uncover pain points in the developer journey and lead the integration of intelligent agents and assistants that boost code quality, reduce friction, and eliminate repetitive tasks.
• Drive best practices for embedding Gen-AI into engineering workflows, from code generation to CI/CD, and take ownership of solutions that directly impact how our products are built.
• Mentor engineers and advocate for scalable, maintainable AI tooling, fostering a culture of learning and experimentation.
• Stay plugged into the latest advancements in LLMs and AI‑assisted development, evaluating new technologies and shaping how they’re adopted internally.

Requirements

• Expertise in building software that incorporates AI/ML into developer workflows, including code generation, linting, test writing, and CI/CD.
• Strong coding skills in at least two languages such as Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, C#.
• Experience designing and implementing systems that improve engineering velocity or product delivery.
• Clear, confident communication and collaboration skills across technical and non‑technical teams.
• Open‑source contributions or experience with AI/ML libraries, agent frameworks, or LLM integration would be a plus.
