Lead Systems Engineer Aerospace (all gender)

In this role you will structure, develop, and maintain MBSE models for complex aerospace systems, translating requirements into SysML representations. You will ensure model quality, traceability, and deliver stakeholder-ready views, while collaborating with hardware, software, electronics, and avionics experts. You work within a consulting engineering environment shaping safety-critical systems and lifecycle processes. • Structure, develop, and maintain MBSE system models for complex aerospace systems
• Translate requirements and documentation into SysML models
• Ensure model consistency, quality, and traceability
• Create and prepare model-based deliverables for stakeholders
• Collaborate with hardware, software, electronics, and avionics engineering teams

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or comparable technical discipline
• Several years of experience in systems engineering for complex, safety-critical systems; leadership experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of ARP4754A/B in aerospace development processes (DAL A, IMA contexts)
• Hands-on experience with CAMEO Systems Modeler, SysML/UML, and IBM DOORS
• Structured, analytical approach with ability to work in interdisciplinary teams
• Fluent English
