Lead Transformation and Change Management Office (d/f/m)

Lead strategically important transformation, project, and program initiatives across an international, matrix organization. You will steer complex programs within a cross-functional setting, collaborating with diverse stakeholders to ensure quality, schedule, and budget targets. The role centers on driving optimization through AI-informed analyses and a structured governance model. You will mentor international teams and shape project management standards, delivering measurable impact for the business. • Plan, manage, and implement complex projects and programs within time, quality, and budget constraints
• Define goals, scope, success criteria, and organization in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop and manage comprehensive plans including resources, budgets, and schedules
• Coordinate subprojects and enable cross-location collaboration across functions
• Lead international project teams and foster high-performing culture
• Manage stakeholders at all levels and chair steering/decision-making meetings
• Ensure transparent reporting to executives and governance bodies
• Identify risks and opportunities, escalate and implement solutions
• Drive change management and identify new business opportunities within projects
• Ensure knowledge management and transfer of experience and documentation
• Contribute to development of PM methods, standards, and best practices

• Several years of experience managing complex projects or programs in international, matrix-organized environments
• Experience managing strategic, cross-functional initiatives with high organizational complexity
• In-depth knowledge of modern project management methods and frameworks
• Experience working with stakeholder groups up to business unit and executive levels
• Strong change management and stakeholder communication skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
• Excellent written and spoken German and English
