What you’ll do

• Lead the design process for user experiences across our financial products, ensuring they are intuitive and user-friendly.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to define and implement innovative solutions that meet user needs.

Requirements

• A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in UX design, preferably in the fintech sector.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.

Nice to have

• Experience with usability testing and user research methodologies.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
