Lead/Staff Full Stack Engineer, AI Platform & Agents

In this role you will build and scale a GenAI platform powering AI agents across healthcare, legal, tax, and compliance. You’ll join a remote-first, ~100-engineer team and translate concepts into production-ready, secure systems. You’ll drive platform capabilities used by hundreds of product teams, mentor engineers, and lead by example. Expect impact from improving latency, reliability, and safety across global deployments. • Design and implement full-stack apps, AI agents, and platform components for rapid agent development and deployment
• Build developer tooling, CI/CD, and observability for safe, fast iteration with telemetry
• Apply secure SDLC and privacy-by-design practices including threat modeling and least privilege
• Collaborate with product, UX, and domain experts to deliver customer-focused solutions with measurable outcomes
• Apply current LLM patterns (RAG, retrieval, routing, tool-use, evals) to deliver value—faster, more reliable AI systems
• Lead by example, mentor engineers, and own larger projects across the platform

• 5+ years of professional software engineering
• Strong full-stack development skills and cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Expert in at least one area and proficient in others: AI agent development and evaluation; backend development; frontend development
• Cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code
• Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
• Quality engineering / testing strategy
• Secure SDLC and privacy by design
• Proven track record delivering secure, reliable, cloud-native systems to production
